The scale of this design intervention is at an urban level, thus plays a vital role in shaping the direction of the urban dialogue, which manifests itself in the form of a precedent for things to come. Sensitivity to surroundings, response to built form around and circulation, all play critical roles in moulding the direction of this very same dialogue.
