The top floor of this office building was converted into an office for U.Y.Industries. since the superstructure of this space was also built fro scratch, a ceiling height of 14’0” could be achieved. The reception table was set up against a semi open partition, which served as a backdrop to the reception as well as a display wall for the products the office, was synonymous with. The staff area flanked one side of the reception area while the executive area was on the other side.

Due to the linear nature of the plan and an abutting terrace garden, a large amount of natural light always filtered in through most of the spaces. While full-bodied vitrified tiles were used through most of the office, the 3 main director cabins had wood floors to create plusher ambience. These cabins were divided into 2 zones – the formal meeting area at the desk and a more casual area for conversation on lounge like furniture.
